Shipping Policies

 

Order Fulfillment

 

We are a very small business! But we still take order fulfillment very seriously. Orders will be filled within 1-2 business days on all in stock items. Made to order items may take longer.

 

International Shipping

 

First and foremost, thank you for ordering from all over the world!

 

Total shipping time, especially international, are estimates only. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about packages once they leave this country. All relevant contact information provided at checkout will be posted on the package in an effort to speed things up. However once the package leaves the US and enters customs there is nothing else we can do. Please be patient and reach out to your customs agency if the package is delayed.

Please note: no taxes are included for orders outside the US. Import taxes may be applied upon arrival, based on country laws. Customers with shipping addresses outside the US are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.

 

 

 

Repair Deposits

 

Deposits are required for all major repair work (including but not limited to Clean Oil And Adjust, and Overhaul services). These deposits are under no circumstances refundable or transferable to any other service, person, instrument or product. We take a great deal of time to carefully plan and schedule all repairs and hope to receive the same level of respect and commitment from our customers. All deposits will be applied to the final total once the job is completed.

 

 

Returns/Refunds

 

Returns will be accepted for any items that arrive damaged or defective with no fee in the US. Please contact immediately if there are any concerns or issues and we will send a return label.

 

If returns are needed for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Lagan Music. Returns of this nature must be made within 7 days of delivery noted by the mail carrier. Upon receipt of the item and inspection, a restocking fee may apply if the item is no longer in “new” condition, and applicable credit card processing fees will be subtracted from the total refund amount. Refunds will be issued after inspection. 

 

International customers will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs.
